>>> Deborah Cooper <[log in to unmask]> 10/12/96 11:44am Here at the Oakland
Museum of California we have a small (a couple hundred) collection of postage
stamps assembled by our first curator. I am wondering what the current
recommendations are for archival storage of postage stamps?>>>

I would suggest contacting the Canadian Postal Museum, part of the Canadian
Museum of Civilization Corporation in Canada's National Capital Region in Hull,
Quebec. I'm sure they could give you to some recommendations in this regard.

They can be reached c/o [log in to unmask] I'm sure she
can direct you to the right person with the proper information.

Hope this helps
