I work in a small special collections department where we have a textile collection we're planning to rehouse. First I'd like to condition report each of the pieces, but I'm not entirely sure what I should be looking for when I examine the pieces--we deal mostly with manuscripts, not textiles. I'm wondering if anyone has a condition report form they use specifically for textiles that they'd be willing to share so I can get some ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
