Hi all:

I need a few quick comments on this for a meeting in early November. In a
report I just read, and about which I need to comment, the author makes the
sweeping comment that children no longer like to look at static exhibts.
He goes on to say that they want to be entertained by interactives, etc.

My question is, is there any real data "out there" to support such a
statement? This person's desire is to turn a small, fairly static, museum
into an interactive center. I am concerend that he wants to really sell
his point (and his plan) but don't know if his statement is really based on
anything.

You can respond off-list if you wish.

Thanks,

Matt Linke
