My name is SallyAnn Comstock and I am the Rental Sales Mgr. for Genesee
Country Village & Museum.  I apologize for not getting back to you
sooner but your e-mail has been 'floating' around here for a while.
Hopefully I can help you out.

Our "Historic Village" is smoke free but we have designated areas where
smokers can smoke.  This policy has not hindered our rental sales.  When
we rent a specific facility (ie a church, reception hall, dining /
meeting room) for weddings, receptions, private parties, meetings, etc.
their facility is available to them for the entire day.  Our evening
rentals can go as late as 11:00 PM.  

As for pricing, our rates are inclusive to take in the amount of time /
manpower / maintenance / security.  Although, we occasionally will
charge an extra $100 for extra security or equipment.  We not only have
myself but also an Event Planner that work with each group from the time
they sign the contract until they leave their event.  We are also
on-site during the entire event.
