Yes, we are members.  I looked in the bookstore and found nothing useful

Linda,

Have you visited the AAM site? If you or your institution are a member,
you can register to use their Information Center, which (among other
things) lists the CMPs for several institutions. Go to the website, then
Information Center-->Collections Stewardship-->Collections
Management-->Writing a Collections Management Policy.
