My agency, the Institute of Texan Cultures, is heavily visited by various
organized groups such as classes from local schools.  These groups are
scheduled according to day, time and area of primary focus.  This is
being done by one person equipped with a # 2 pencil and several ledgers.
Once the information is posted, confirmation letters are sent, docents
are scheduled, etc.,etc.  The same information is used by various
departments.
 
Does anyone use or know of scheduling  software that could be used to
replace this manual process?
