Hi listers!

I have an odd question, but I bet someone on the list can help.

We are sponsoring a kids film contest.  As part of a grant we received, we will have two VHS cameras that children can borrow for a restricted length of time to create entries for the contest.  Does any one have a sample agreement that we could adapt, for those borrowing equipment (and their parent/guradian) to sign?  We want to make sure they understand that they will be responsible for repair/replacement of the equipment if they damage it.
