Hello to everyone who takes the time to read this. I am very interested
in having anything about the pro's and con's of using whiteout to mark objects
forwarded to me. I believe from reading a previous message sent, that this was
a topic of discussion before I joined the list. I was recently an intern at an
institution which used white out between a layer of clear lacquer (nail
 polish), to mark
to mark objects. The registrar was sure this was OK. I've also volunteered at
 a place
an institution where we used white acrylic paint between lacquer. How is this
method viewed by you out there? Please send replys to

Thanks so much
