I have had an inquiry from our development officer wondering if anyone out
there has experience coming up with a cost per object (in our case art
object) to maintain a work in a museum collection. This would include
storage costs, climate control, security (both personnel and systems),
etc. Perhaps someone has come up with a formula or method for determining
such a cost. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate hearing your
thoughts. Thanks.
