The National Air Force Museum of Canada has recently de-accessioned a
number of RCAF and CF uniforms that are currently available for
transfer to other museums. The NAFMC kindly asks all interested
parties to cover any shipping costs associated with the transfer of
requested items.

Available for immediate transfer are:
RCAF No. 5 Service Dress
RCAF No. 5a Working Dress
RCAF No. 6 Service Dress
RCAF No. 8 Mess Dress
RCAF Greatcoat (some Second World War)
Canadian Forces (Rifle Green) Service Dress
Canadian Forces (Air Force blue) Service Dress

The RCAF uniforms range from early post-war through the 1960s with
most ranks available. All are men’s uniforms and they are generally in
fair to good condition. Requests for specific rank or trade will be
honoured insofar as is possible. Anticipatory requests for other items
(shirts, accoutrements, badges/insignia, caps, RCAF and CF raincoats)
are welcome, with stock and date availability TBD.
