GREETINGS from the FAR NORTH (although I don't suffer from "Northern Exposure")
 
I am trying to compile some ideas for public programs designed for the visually
and aurally impaired and mentally challenged audiences.  If anyone knows of
successful programs for these audiences or relevant publications, I would
appreciate hearing about them.
 
I duly promise to synthesize any information recieved and pass it on to
