Hi Holly,

We actual use staff and volunteers to input the data so the guest is not
touching the device; however, I realize that this may not be an option for
everyone.

I will say that depending on how quickly you are trying to implement this,
you may be able to wait for the next iOS that Apple will be releasing as
one of the new functions/features is single app mode.

Thoughts are that it will be released in September or October.
