A number of airports have been offering for some time 'family' bathroom
facilities: typically an room with chair, crib, table and an enclosed stall
all behind a locked door.  When my children were small, we could all go in
together with plenty of peace of mind.  I should think such an arrangement
should work just as well for folks needing an extra hand thanks to a disability
