San Francisco is home to the Cartoon Art Museum.

The are on Third St. If additional info is required, please e-mail.

They have permanent and special exhibits.

The funniest display I ever so was a travelling show of original Far
Sides by Gary Larson.

In Chicago, the display of approx. 300 pen and ink drawings was at the
Shedd Aquarium. Very, very popular. BTW, by the end of the day, I vowed
to not read Far Side for the next week. There is an overload effect.

The exhibit was well done, as the put Far Side in a scientific arena. I
have seen similar exhibs of maybe 15-20 Far Sides at the California
Academy of Science in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.
