The two messages outlining grant writing on commission have been very
clear and helpful.  I have a separate funding question.

I am currently seeking funds to complete a traveling exhibition project.
Since I am an independent consultant, with ties to the Union Institute's
Center for Women, the Union Institute will serve as the non-profit fiscal
sponsor.  I was just informed that the Institute requires a 12% overhead
on all grants.  I know that many funders do not fund overhead.  How should I
write this into the grant request?  Should I call it accounting or fiscal
management or some such thing?
