Dear All,

I have been asked to come up with a salary recommendation for an
Education Coordinator position at my museum. We are a small, relatively
new museum (our doors have been open for less than 10 years) in
Manhattan with an annual attendance of roughly 20,000. Our Education
department is in it's third year and to date has been staffed by a
single, part time Education Coordinator (the job description is
attached).

I am recommending that this position go full time, and have been asked
to suggest an appropriate salary, but am having a difficult time gauging
what this might be. Does anyone have suggestions??
