This is a very broad question for museum professionals- what do you see as
the future of museums and art galleries? I am writing a speech on the
future of musuems and art galleries in Australia and would appreciate your
input. If you could list the top 3-4 features of musuems and art galleries
in the 21st century, what would they be?

Better delivery of services to visitors?
Outreach services with the museum as a virtual distance learning centre?
All technology, technology, technology?
Any amalgamation of traditional roles with new features?
