economic impact, you might be interested in Sandra K.
Wilcoxon, "Measuring Your Impact", Museum News,
November/December 1991, pages 65 - 67, and my letter
disagreeing with her methodology and findings in Museum
News, March/April 1992, page 8.
 
If these turn out to be of interest to you, then I may be
able to provide some additional information from private
correspondence with Ms. Wilcoxon.
