CCTV systems in addition to security officers and museum hosts.
Specifically, if you might be able to answer some of the following questions
I would be greatly appreciative:

Has electronic surveillance improved security coverage in your institution?

Has it been cost-effective?
Is there a system that you would recommend?
What has been the response of your staff and your visitors?
How is your security staff configured (security officers, hosts?)
