Hi Lorie,
This sounds like a great workshop, and very pertinent - especially the
sessions on developing programs that go out into classrooms, and program
evaluation. Are we members of UHA? Let me know if you think it might be
possible to attend. The registration deadline is 10/28.

The Upstate History Alliance (UHA) is excited to be presenting a workshop
for museum educators or anyone who oversees the development and evaluation
of museum programming at their institution.

DEVELOPING & EVALUATING PROGRAMMING
NOVEMBER 3, 2003
9:00AM-4:00PM
CHITTENANGO LANDING CANAL BOAT MUSEUM, CHITTENANGO, NEW YORK
$20 UHA MEMBERS, $25 NON-MEMBERS

The schedule includes sections on New York State curriculum standards,
curriculum-based programming in museums, using museum materials in the
classroom, and evaluating programs. The fee includes lunch & all workshop
materials.

The registration deadline for the workshop is OCTOBER 28th! Space is
limited, so register early to ensure your place! To register please send
