new Executive Director.  Requirements:  Strong communication skills, 
solid fundraising background, strategic planning experience, knowledge 
of the artworks of Peter, Mac and Walter Anderson.  The candidate should 
possess a strong working knowledge of non-profit financial management, 
be fiscally responsible and have proven leadership ability in a cultural 
institution.  Position requires the ability to network with local civic 
organizations, peer institutions, national/regional museum organizations 
and elected officials.  Graduate degree preferred.  Salary competitive.
