For those who wish to engage in or be informed about the theoretical search
for divine causation and/or direction of creation, read mythology, religious
texts, and study chaos theory.

Try searching at Google for:

        "chaos theory" "intelligent design"

You'll find 6,810 results. Some of those results, and others, are here:

technological understanding of Natural Law

Rooker, Mark F. "Genesis 1:1-3: Creation or Re-Creation?" Parts I and II
Bibliotheca Sacra 149 (1992: July/Sept.; Oct/Dec): 316-23; 411-27.
Rooker examines the creation account and refutes Waltke's approach
of a re-creation in Genesis 1:1-3. Rooker holds to an "initial
chaos theory" where the chaos occurred in connection with the
    original creation.
