Look for local fast pitch softball teams, I just found this with a quick google search http://www.cooltoad.com/links/show.php?c=500743&PHPSESSID=4f 

These girls should be able to adapt very easily to the differences between baseball and softball, since they are used to faster straight pitching and not the arched slow pitch that most adult leagues use.
