Regarding salaries and not-for profits:
The avg. wages of many Americans (read those currently employed) have
stagnated or declined in the last 20 years. Salaries in the arts and not-for
profits in general have always been out of step with private sector
compensation.

I think Lisa is correct (see snippet below). $7.21 for a full-time term
appointment. The only positive aspect of seeing this posting is the wake-up
call it may send to many professionals, especially those beginning their
careers.
