does anybody have any information on eloise a spaeth, who in 1969
wrote a book on "american art museums - an introduction on looking".
i cannot find any information on her anywhere.
was she a politician, a member of congress perhaps?
i found several talks she gave in the early 1950s on cultural
politics with quite a bit of insight on what was going in within the
department of state, but i cannot figure out what role she played.
i would be extremely grateful for any help.
