I've been in this position now for 2 years as group sales coordinator and I
like VISTA. I am self taught and I haven't had any problem with Support
Services.

Subject: Does your museum use VISTA software?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had some feedback on Ticketmaster's VISTA
software for admissions and group scheduling? We are considering
purchasing it for our museum. I would like to hear the good and the bad.
Do you use it for admissions sales and/or for scheduling? Is it easy to
use? How is the support services? Have you found another product that
works just as well or better? we are a natural history museum with over
100,000 in visitation.
Thanks for your help,
Patricia
