The Tech Museum of Innovation offers bonuses based on excess revenue over
commitments - in other words, if we exceed our revenue projections AND keep
expenses down, staff may receive bonuses. It's a fairly complicated formula
and also requires some amount to go to the reserves before bonuses may be
paid.
