Recently, we have decided to use the same database (File Maker Pro) accross
all departments here at the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center.  Part
of this is so all of us can share our contacts (for mailing lists). there
are many, many reasons.

We are trying to come up with a list of subject headings for different types
of mailing lists that we might need.  We have ones like memberships,
prospective donors, caterers, and many that are specific to our own museum.
Has anyone done this type of thing for their own museum and might have any
ideas that would help us along in this very large under
