It's been mentioned a couple of times before.  I'll
just add it for the anonymous candidate(s) that have
expressed the same concerns.  

When posting a position, if at all possible, please
include the salary range.  You don't have to post the
exact figure, but at least the range a candidate might
expect to earn in the position you are posting.  

As you may recall, trying to find a job in the museum
world can take quite a bit of time and can be
frustrating.  It's tough for a candidate to make it
all the way to the end of the process and become the
potential candidate the employer would like to hire
and then find out the candidate simply cannot live on
the salary available for whatever reason.  Including
this info front end will help save the candidate's
time and money (it costs to interview) and the
employer's time and money.
