strategizing & planning for the uses of media -- film, video, Web -- in
museums and cultural organizations. Expand your audience by:

· Utilizing video clips related to specific exhibitions
· Enhancing public programs with film, video, or new media
· Launching Web-based projects to further your marketing, education,
curatorial and programming needs
This Workshop will show you how to develop strategies for a variety of media
uses at reasonable cost. The Workshop involves your key staff in determining
short & long term needs, objectives and resources. The focus will be on
making the best use of the personnel and resources you have -- and
prioritizing how to secure those you may need in the future.
