Hi Pete et al.:

I AGREE completely about the Lewis & Clark web site. These
organizations ought to be ashamed for throwing massive funding behind
the development of overly "websigned" (web + designed = websigned) sites
that do not provide equal access. For those in the real world, a web
site should be about providing easy access to information. And there
are many ways to produce effective, good-looking web sites that don't
cost an arm and a leg, and don't offend or exclude those who need a
non-graphic, text-only format.

Websigners: Try the simple and FREE online portal at Bobby. It will
tell you all the reasons the overly websigned sites are inadequate based
on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 and U.S. Section 508
Guidelines. Drop by: http://bobby.watchfire.com.

Best wishes, sincerely,
