Josh, all WPA or New Deal material is the property of the Federal
Government and is administered by the General Services
Administration(GSA). I would contact Julie Redwine at the GSA, she will
have the regulations and is very helpful. Her info is below. Its
really best to contact them directly, you don't want take a wrong step
based on someone else's perceived interpretation of the regulations.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] WPA Materials Disposition Policy

I am looking to better understand regulations concerning WPA produced
materials. Our museum has dioramas, miniature plaster buildings, prints

of costume/flags etc in our collection.

As I understand it, all materials created through the WPA project can
not be sold. Does anyone have official policy for disposition or worked

to dispose of these items?

Best regards,

Joshua K. Blay
