We are trying to renew our control of visitors. In my museum our records
are like this:
children - alone / group
adult - alone / group
old people - alone / group

I think we can make it better. I would appreciate ideas about it. Could you
please tell me how do you do in your museums? I'm particularly interested
in taking note about families. If we continue doing it in the same way we
are loosing this information.

P.S. Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish. I'm writing from The
