Hello List.
We are undertaking a big project here to re-encapsulate a large number of maps. In the past double sided sticky tape was used in the encapsulation. Now for the re-encapsulation we've been directed to use a polyweld machine. I'm a bit apprehensive about having our student workers use it, since it involves heat. Also, is one method preferred over the other? I haven't really been able to find anything about the pros or cons of using the polyweld. Also, for those of you that have used both methods which do you personally prefer. We want to have our students use the easiest and safest method.
Thanks!
