Lori,

I don't know the answer to your question because I don't use the Membership section very often. But a great way to get support is on the PastPerfect website, www.museumsoftware.com. They have a discussion group and you can ask any questions there. Usually they are answered quite timely.

We have just completed the transfer of data from our old system into PastPerfect. We lost our administrative assistant some months back, and have just now been able to complete the data transfer. And of course, our 30-day support is up (it was up before we could even start entering data!).

We are trying to figure out how, in the Membership section, to combine user-defined lists and sort them in zipcode order for bulk mailing. Can someone tell us how? There must be some way to sort labels into zip order, and we're hoping we can combine lists in the process to save time in mailing prep.

Thanks,
Lori
