I have the owner of a British made Parker shotgun, ca. 1850 who would like
some information on it.  Parker is a well known US shotgun manufacturer but
began production much later than 1850 and the similarity of the
manufacturer's names is probably coincidental.  What would be the appropriate
source or museum in Great Britain for this gentleman to pursue his research?
 Any help would be most appreciated.
