New position for a librarian-archivist, at the Sandy Spring Museum, Sandy 
Spring, Maryland, with a brand new state-of-the-art library-archives facility.
The Sandy Spring Museum (http://www.sandyspringmuseum.org) is a public, 
educational institution dedicated to collecting, preserving, interpreting, and 
exhibiting materials significant to Sandy Spring history. MLS from an ALA 
accredited university or comparable education, with an emphasis on archival 
studies. Experience with Past-Perfect, HTML very useful. Requires ability to 
establish and oversee an internship program, guide volunteers, and write and 
oversee grants. Strong organizational and communication skills necessary. Part-
time hours with $30,000 salary, depending on experience.
