IMPACS-CANADA
A moderated dialogue to inform and build consensus for
changing Canadian tax laws that restrict charities and
advocacy. This forum is part of a national engagement
effort coordinated by IMPACS, the Institute for Media,

expertise in the nonprofit sector, this is a great way
to "give back" by mentoring someone. If you need a
mentor, this is a great way to find one.
NEWMEX-NPO
NEWMEX-NPO is dedicated to all aspects of tax-exempt
organizations in New Mexico, USA. Literally any topic
is permissible so long as it relates to aspects of the
NGO world, including fund raising, governance, ethics,
law, statistics, academic research, accountability,
etc. It is open to any person who is involved with the
New Mexico nonprofit world. There is no charge to join
or participate.
PRACTAC
Brings together nonprofit-sector practitioners and
academic researchers. One of the biggest challenges
for practitioners is having ready access to the best
that the academic world has to offer -- books,
research, theory, and perspective. Practitioners, such
as nonprofit officers, directors, and staff, as well
as those in specialized fields such as fund
development, will benefit from interacting with their
academic colleagues. Academic researchers can often
benefit from direct and easy access to practitioners,
as well; PractAc (pronounced "Pract-Ack") will
facilitate such collaborations.
RECOGNITION
Donor recognition is a topic that every nonprofit
organization that accepts charitable contributions
