          I don't have any British Parks bibliographies on hand,
          though I do know that there is alot written on the subject.
          THere is an important historical distinction between public
          and private (estate) parks. You might want to clarify which
          you're interested in, if you haven't already.
 
          You can try telneting to the NY Botanical Garden Library
          Catalog which has good collections on landscape history.
          There is also a telephone number of a person that I can give
          you, but I don't like to do that publically, so email me
          privately.
