 I have recently been given the task of creating of creating outdoor
exhibits signs for a living history farm. The best inexpensive way of
creating an outdoor panel that can withstand the elements is through
corrogated vinyl. I found a local graphics business that uses this
method for the signs on city buses. The cost for a full color and
textual panel measuring 4' x 4' costs appriximately $200.00.
