I have a collection of books and journals for sale from the library of a
retired university professor. I have previously announced this sale and
now would like to liquidate the material as soon as possible.
THEREFORE>>>>
I am willing to sell the books seperately from the journals.
BOOKS: There are approximately 850 books available, sold only as a
complete lot, for $15.00 each (total, $12,750) shipped postpaid and
insured within the USA. (See brief list below).
JOURNALS: There are approximately 2700 journals from 1960 to 1990 that
have a replacement value of over $200,000 if purchased from the publisher
directly (they are still available at prices ranging from $45 to $125.00
per issue). I will sell this complete pile for $5 per issue ($13,500.00)
with shipping included within the USA.
This is a great opportunity for a library, museum, research institute or
independent researcher to have a reference collection immediately
available at a very reasonable price. Below is a brief description of
subject matter in the research library for sale:

1. Diverse topics in Physics & Mathematics.
2. Theoretical and Experimental Solid State Physics.
3. Solid State Surface Physics.
4. Mathematical Physics.
5. Theoretical techniques in Solid State Physics.
6. Many-body Theoretical Physics.
7. Tunneling Phenomena in Theoretical & Applied Solid State Physics.
8. Quantum Statistical Physics.
9. Classical Texts by Ameican & Russian authors.

books in this library (a complete list has not been prepared - potential
buyers may visit and inspect the collection if desired):
