Given the recent discussion of Copyright, I thought I'd pass this along FWIW. The following site might help clarify (or, maybe, muddy the waters more) some copyright basics.

One good thing about this site (aside from its conciseness) is its currency (it was last updated Aug 8, '98). "Old law is bad law" and Copyright Law is pretty volatile these days.
