There is no cheese ladder in Nomenclature, unfortunately. Would it be a
cheese press (although I figured that would be more like a cider press)?
It's not a cheese basket (aka whey strainer), and I don't think it's a
cheese carrier or a cheese box. Perhaps a curd mill?
