Is anyone willing to share their visitor surveys?  We are redesigning our
visitor, exhibit and program surveys and would like to see how others
approach this.  I am also interested in what your experience is with
completed surveys - are they filled out regularly, what kind of information
do you get from them, are they ideas/suggestions incorporated in your
policy?
