Looking for advice on minimum staffing requirements.

How many staff would be required to operate a hands-on science centre which
was open 7 days per week for both schools and the general public (roughly
equal annual attendance of say 25,000 each)?

Assuming:-
1. cleaning and security were provided through some parent body.
2. there was a ready supply of casual (paid) student assistance.
3. the science centre would be required to pay its own way through its own
earnings and sponsorships which it would acquire.
