Program Manager, Visual Arts
 
UCLA Extension seeks an experienced administrator to supervise a staff of 7
and assist the Head of the unit with planning, budgeting, marketing,
implementing and evaluating approximately 400 continuing education courses
annually in the areas of Art History, Studio Arts, Photography, Graphic
Design and Computer Graphics.  Candidate should have demonstrated skill and
several years of experience in financial management, writing, general
administration and supervision.  A background in some area of the Visual
Arts, prior managerial experience in an educational or museum setting and
professional knowledge of current trends in computer graphics and new media
are highly desirable.  Familiarity with database, spreadsheet, and word
processing software, preferably in a Windows environment.
Salary range: $31,200 - $46,800.
