i guess this presses the envelope of m-list a bit, so i appologize in
advance if this offends the list.  please excuse.  i'll keep it short.

my sister-in-law was moved to rome for a year to advance her painting,
which is influenced by the italian renaissance.  she is living near the
castel sant angelo and seeks a small studio nearby.  she'd also consider
an apt upgrade.  if anyone has suggestions, please send them to me.
