You might want to look into the programs offered by the Williamsburg
Institute.  You can get a listing by starting at the Colonial Williamsburg
home page: www.history.org and searching for "Williamsburg Institute
Programs".  As a graduate student years ago I attended the Antiques Forum,
and it was fabulous.  A lot of the seminars scheduled for next year sound
