Colditz Castle was used as a supposedly high security camp for Allied Officer POWs in WWII.
You will find a virtual art exhibition: "Everyday life in Oflag IVC" and you will also find the Escape Museum. On the "links" page you will find a number of WWII links that may be useful to you.
