Job Posting - Curator

Sherburne County Historical Society (SCHS), located in Becker, Minnesota,
seeks an energetic and experienced professional for the position of curator.
SCHS serves one of the country’s fastest growing areas and as such is
planning a move to a new facility. The curator will be responsible for
developing exhibits, designing storage, and moving the collections. Other
duties include managing object, photograph, and archival collections,
working with volunteers and interns, and grant writing. The successful
candidate will have a minimum of 2 years curatorial experience, familiarity
with PastPerfect collections management software, experience in interpretive
planning, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A graduate
degree in museum studies or related field is preferred. This is a salaried
